I thought the weekends game was much better all round compared to previous games but my main gripe [aswell as the full backs] was our lack of adventure on the wings going forward. The new lad Carole didn’t seem to do too much wrong but he didn’t look like he wanted to get at their back four, much like Shuker. Instead of testing their back four they both played it back to our full backs all day long.

Barnes’s stubborness of not giving Charlie a chance is annoying me aswell. Fair enough, if they have had a falling out maybe leave him out for a couple of games. But to not even give him a substitute appearance yet, 10 games in, what is he thinking? I noticed that Fraughan wasn’t even on the bench at the weekend, and yet he would give him a chance before Barnett in previous games. Thats poor management to me. What do people think?

I hope whatever it is that Charlie has done, it was worth it, ie chinned Mcateer. With the right substitutions on Saturday we could have won that game, Shuker was dreadful again and Ricketts was goosed after about 50 minutes. The game was crying out for Charlie and Bain at this point. However it was certainly an improvement and fingers crossed the players can stick to these tactics against Wycombe tomorrow.

Yeah what is going on with Charlie, after last year I thought this lad would be destined to play in the championship this year. When I seen his stayed with us I was over the moon, a great talent and for me was just as influential as Jenno and Kay last year.

So for him to be in a worse team this year you would suggest something is up, I spoke to my source the other day and she claimed groin strain! However I am unsure that is the case!

Fraughan has potential but I am not sure he is ready just yet.

Come on JB if you have got a petty feud with Charlie forget it, it would benefit the team him playing!!!
